INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGEN INFO
We use jaggery as our primary sweetener. It’s a natural, unrefined sweetener that adds a warm, rich flavor to our cookies, cakes, and bakes, while keeping them wholesome and minimally processed.
Jaggery is a traditional, unrefined sweetener made from sugarcane or palm sap. Unlike refined sugar, it retains natural minerals and a rich, caramel-like flavor, making it a healthier and more flavorful alternative for baking and cooking.
